Ron Braatz

Mr. Braatz has over 30 years of experience in the food production and food distribution industries. He grew up working on his family’s dairy farm and has been a wholesale bulk-food trader since 1992, exporting beef, pork, chicken, turkey and dairy products from North American suppliers to domestic and international consumers and resellers.

Mr. Braatz has an advanced understanding of agricultural products, including production, processing, and international distribution. He is experienced with regulatory certification, documentation, and risk management both domestically and abroad.

He has advanced knowledge of strategic selling, distribution and secured transactions, working with such companies as: Tyson Fresh Meats, (formerly IBP, Inc.); Tyson Foods, Inc. (NYSE:TSN); Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation (Nasdaq:PPC); John B Sanfilippo & Son, Inc. (Nasdaq:JBSS); Sanderson Farms, Inc.
