Mr. Weller has over 40 years of experience in agricultural lending, financial management and strategic Agri-advisory. Over his career, Mr. Weller has held key management positions with Agri-based financial institutions, such as: the Farm Credit System where he was the Chief Executive Officer, Security State Bank of Kenyon in Kenyon, Minnesota, where he was a Senior Vice President/Senior Lender; Eagle Valley Bank in Apple Valley, Minnesota, where he was Vice President/Commercial Lender; M&I Marshall & Ilsley Bank in Edina, Minnesota, where he was Commercial Lender; and First National Bank of Brewster in Brewster, Minnesota, where he was Senior Vice President.
Mr. Weller earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin in Agriculture Education and Agricultural Economics.
