About Rebecca Melton
Dr. Melton teaches MBA candidates at Western Governors University and is an expert in strategic performance and motivation, especially as it relates to goal setting and the measurability of improvements. Prior to her career in academics, Dr. Melton, for more than 20 years, held key corporate positions in management, operations, sales, and human resources in a number of companies.
She earned a PhD degree in Business Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. Dr. Melton has a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Bowling Green State University. She has been recognized for Excellence in Teaching and as a Top Performer in Business by Western Governors University.
