About Craig Bythewood
Dr. Bythewood is a Professor of Finance and Economics, focusing on online courses. He frequently lectures on numerous finance-related subjects, including Sarbanes-Oxley controls, and regularly consults with Fortune 500 companies on regulatory, supervisory and governance matters. Dr. Bythewood has taught a variety of graduate and undergraduate finance, accounting and economics courses at Florida A&M University, University of Florida, University of South Florida, Florida Atlantic University, University of Tampa, Florida Southern College, Nova University, St. Leo and Florida International University.
Dr. Bythewood earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Howard University, and completed his PhD in Financial Management from the University of Florida. He is certified in International Finance by the Thunderbird School of International Management and he is the co-anchor on ABC telecasts of Martin Luther King, Jr. events. He was a fraternity president, Finance Professor of the Year [NABA , FAMU), and is the recipient of numerous awards, recognitions, and honors of distinction.
Dr. Bythewood is the Chairman of AlterAg’s Audit Committee and a member of the Company’s Compensation and Nomination Committees.
